RETURN POLICY

Would you like to return your order or an item? Read the following information about our return policy.

In the following cases, you can return a product

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order. (Right of withdrawal)

2. If you have received the wrong product, product color, or product size.

3. If your product is damaged.

How can I return my order or item? 

Items must ALWAYS be returned in the original packaging due to the barcode that belongs to the product.

If the product is in the wrong packaging, it will NOT be accepted!

When will I get my money back?

We will refund your purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your order / item.

Refund conditions

In the following cases, we cannot accept a return or refund the total purchase cost.

1. If the product is damaged or clearly worn. The right of withdrawal gives the customer the opportunity to try out the product as if it were in a physical store.

2. If the product is not packaged in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for a correct shipment. If the returned product is damaged, the costs will be recovered from the customer.

Shipping costs

We only reimburse return shipping costs if the return is the result of a mistake made by us. If we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a damaged product. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

STEP 1:

Enter the email address you used to place your order and your order number with a # in front to create a return.

STEP 2:

In the next screen, indicate which product you want to return by entering a 1 or another number next to the product and state the reason for the return in the 'comment' section.

STEP 3:

Then choose the left option: Download return slip
ATTENTION: The right option is not active, do not choose it because then it will not work!!

Returning items is at the expense of the customer as you can read in our terms and conditions, if you want to exchange something we will send the new item free of charge.

STEP 4:

Now you will receive a return slip that must be IN the package (not on the outside), so that our fulfillment center knows which order the return is from so we can process it as quickly as possible for you.

NOTE: This is not a return shipping label, you need to send the package back yourself via, for example, PostNL or DHL if you want to return something.
