RETURN POLICY

Do you want to return your order or an item? Read the following information about our return policy.

In the following cases, you can return a product

1. Within 14 days after receiving your order. (Right of withdrawal)

2. If you received the wrong product, product color, or product size.

3. If your product is damaged.

How can I return my order or item? 

Items must ALWAYS be returned in the original packaging due to the barcode associated with the product.

If the product is in the wrong packaging, it will NOT be accepted!

When will I get my money back?

We will refund your purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your order / item.

Conditions for refund

In the following cases, we cannot accept a return shipment or refund the total purchase costs.

1. If the product is damaged or clearly worn. The right of withdrawal gives the customer the opportunity to try the product as if it were in a physical store.

2. If the product is not packed in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for correct shipping. If the returned product is damaged, the costs will be charged to the customer.

Shipping costs

We only reimburse return shipping costs if the return shipment is due to an error made by us. If we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a damaged product. Otherwise, the costs for the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
