RETURNS POLICY


Would you like to return your order or an item? Please read the following information about our return policy.

You can return a product in the following cases

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order. (Right of withdrawal)

2. If you have received the wrong product, product colour or product size.

3. If your product has been damaged.

How can I return my order or article?

Items must ALWAYS be returned in their original packaging because of the barcode that accompanies the product.

If the product is in the wrong packaging it will NOT be accepted!

When will I get my money back?

We will refund your purchase price within 14 days of receiving your order/item.

Conditions for refunds

In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or refund the total purchase cost.

1. If the product is damaged or obviously worn. The right of withdrawal allows the customer to try the product as if it were in a physical shop.

2. If the product is not packed in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for correct shipping. If the returned product is damaged, the costs will be recovered from the customer.

Shipping costs


We will refund the return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error made by us. If we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a damaged product. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
