Relevance
These general terms and conditions apply to all products, services, promotions, purchases, and returns related to the store.
We try to bring these terms and conditions to your attention as best as possible before you make a purchase. They can also be found at the bottom of every web page in the footer.
Should there be additional conditions applicable to a specific product or service, we will bring this to your attention before purchase.

The offer
4.1 Product Information
Our products have no secrets. That's why we always list the following product information:
1. The price (including taxes)
2. Shipping costs
3. Method of shipment
4. Means of Payment
5. If the product is in stock
6. Food
7. Materials that were only for the product
8. Realistic product images
4.2 Validity Period
If there is a fixed period, for example with promotional products, this will also be clearly stated.
4.3 Writing Errors
Writing errors are not binding for us.
Article 5.
The agreement
An agreement is established as soon as the customer places an order with us.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct information regarding address, name, email address, and phone number. Additional costs incurred by providing incorrect information will be charged to the customer.
Article 6.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to try out your purchase and let us know that you would like to return it.
We will refund your purchase within 14 days, upon receipt of your return and provided the product is in its original packaging and condition.
We only reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is the result of a mistake made by us. If we have delivered the wrong product or if we have delivered a damaged product. Otherwise, the costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices on our website include VAT.
Article 8.
Delivery and execution
We will reasonably do everything in our power to ensure that your product(s) is delivered to you undamaged and neatly packaged within a reasonable time frame.
The delivery time depends on the country you live in.
For delivery, we can use PostNL and DHL
If we are unable to deliver a product on time, we will inform you within a month and your purchase costs will be refunded to you immediately.
The risk of damage or loss of a product during shipping is our responsibility.
We are not liable for shipments that are lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or wrong address provided by the customer.
If we do not deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. The purchase amount plus shipping costs will be refunded to you within 14 days after cancellation.

Payment
We offer the following payment methods: PayPal, iDEAL, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Belfius Direct Net, SEPA, Bitcoin, KBC / CBC, Mister Cash, Paysafecard, and SOFORT Banking.
If something goes wrong during the payment process, please contact us as soon as possible.
Article 10.
Complaints
A complaint can be submitted by email or by phone. If you submit a complaint by email, we will respond within 24 hours. Should we still not reach a resolution. There is a dispute.

Disputes
These conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
A dispute can also be submitted to the European dispute resolution platform (ODR platform). http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Additional or other conditions
We hope that these terms have provided you with sufficient clarity and information. Should there be any changes to these terms in the future, we will notify you in a timely manner on our website. Such changes will, of course, never be to the disadvantage of our customers.
Article 13.
Mobile Service Terms
The mobile messaging service of Mividaloca - NL (the "Service") is operated by Mi Vida Loca ("Mividaloca - NL", "we" or "us"). Your use of the Service implies that you agree to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes means that you agree to the changes.
By agreeing to the SMS/text messaging service from Mividaloca - NL, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mividaloca - NL through your wireless provider at the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a national or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technology. The service includes promotional messages such as promotions, offers, coupons, and other marketing offers; it will also include transaction messages such as order updates and account notifications.
You understand that you do not need to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition for any purchase at Mividaloca - NL. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all costs and fees associated with sending text messages and imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with SMS/text messages, including costs from your wireless provider.
You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Simply send the keyword STOP to MiVidaLoca or click on the unsubscribe link (where available) in a text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Mividaloca - NL mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them, you must unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For support or assistance with the Service, send HELP to MiVidaLoca or email webshop@mividaloca.nl.
We can change a short code or phone number we use to manage the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a changed short code or phone number may not be received and that we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless providers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you must re-register for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for any failed, delayed, or incorrectly delivered information transmitted through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take based on the information or Service.
